11 Send a print job to the printer to test the operation of the

stacker.

»Note:

Your QMS Model 3100 Stacker will accommodate 2750

sheets of 20 lb (75 g/m

) paper or 3100 sheets of 16 lb (60 g/m

)

paper. If your paper stack shows excessive curl and is not lying

flat in the tray, stacking problems may occur. If you see this, stop

the printing job by taking the printer off line and turn over the

paper in the cassette or paper deck. Begin printing again, and the

paper stack should be flat.
